We have decided to launch a new corporate communication platform called Don’t Let Things Be (Face Up), which works on the principle of an online trust box.
What does this mean for you? We want you to be able to share anything that’s bothering you or if you have a good idea for an improvement. You can write whatever you want, either anonymously or by name. It’s up to you. Your messages will go straight to our HR Department and we can address the issue together. The advantage of this platform is that you don’t have to create an account and so we will still be able to respond to your anonymous suggestion without any problem and address it proactively.
